ABUNDANCES OF SOUTHERN TYPE I PLANETARY NEBULAE

Astron. Astrophys. 250, 159-164 (1991) New spectroscopic data are used to determine the chemical composition of southern planetary nebulae (PN). On the basis of He/H and N/O abundance ratios, 8 objects are classified as probable Type I nebulae, according to the classification scheme originally proposed by Peimbert.
